Acceptable Use Policy
Updated October 9, 2026
Zombotix LLC provides AI voice automation for approved business purposes. Customers must use the service only in compliance with applicable laws, contracts and our published policies.
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to use of Zombotix software and related services. Approval of a technical integration is not a legal compliance certification.
2. Prohibited behavior
- Illegal, unsolicited or unauthorized communications; failure to comply with applicable consent, opt-out, disclosure, calling-time and DNC requirements.
- Fraud, deceptive impersonation, concealment of required AI/automated nature, false affiliation with government or insurers, or misleading representation of products or benefits.
- Harassment, abusive or discriminatory outreach, spam, and evasion of enforcement or suppression controls.
- Uploading or processing personal, health or financial data without a valid lawful basis and agreed protection measures.
- Selling or distributing data acquired without permission; unauthorized access to customer or third-party systems.
- Bypassing company-approved script safeguards, compliance settings, rate controls, consent checks or audit trails.
- Use in specially regulated verticals without required approvals, licenses or documented controls.
3. Outbound and elevated-risk use
Outbound marketing and regulated industry workflows (including certain insurance, debt, benefits and warranty contexts) may require additional documentation and written approval before activation. Zombotix may refuse or suspend use cases that present unacceptable legal or operational risk.
4. Shared responsibility
Customers are responsible for their campaigns and authorizations; Zombotix imposes its own onboarding, technical safeguards and contractual restrictions. Customers may not rely on Zombotix branding or software alone to satisfy their legal duties.
5. Monitoring, investigation and suspension
We may review, investigate, contain and suspend unauthorized, abusive or otherwise prohibited deployment, and cooperate with valid legal requests, consistent with contract and privacy law. Suspension authority sits with Zombotix operations and legal review for the engagement. Evidence needed for an investigation is preserved as required by law and contract; customers may escalate disputes through the contacts named in their agreement.
6. Reporting
Report suspected misuse to contact@zombotix.com with subject “Acceptable use report.” Include deployment identifiers if known. We acknowledge reports and investigate according to severity; this does not create a public appeal forum or guarantee a specific response time.
7. No blanket promise
We do not promise that all outbound campaigns are allowed, and we do not suggest customers can avoid legal duties by purchasing AI software.
