Terms of Service
Updated October 9, 2026
These Terms govern use of the public website at zombotix.com and related informational pages operated by Zombotix LLC (“Zombotix,” “we,” “us”). Contact: contact@zombotix.com.
Subscriptions and deployments are governed by the applicable written service agreement and order form. Use restrictions, data handling, support and cancellation terms are confirmed before activation. If a signed agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the signed agreement controls for that commercial relationship.
1. Identity and eligibility
The Site and services are intended for businesses and authorized representatives. You represent that you have authority to act for your organization when submitting inquiries.
2. Definitions
“Site” means the public marketing website. “Services” means Zombotix AI voice automation software and related implementation/support as described in a signed order. “Customer” means the contracting business.
3. Website use
You may browse the Site for lawful informational purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape at abusive rates, submit malware, or misuse the demo form (including automated spam).
4. Demo inquiries
Submitting a demo request does not create a paid subscription or guarantee acceptance of any use case. We may decline or condition onboarding, especially for outbound or regulated workflows.
5. License and integration boundaries
Commercial use of Services requires a signed agreement. Zombotix is not a dialer replacement by default; Customers typically control their telephony initiation and lists as configured. On a connected call, Zombotix software may actively conduct configured voice interactions.
6. Customer authorizations and prohibited uses
Customers must use Services only for lawful, authorized communications and must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law. See /acceptable-use.
7. Payment, renewals, taxes, cancellations
Pricing, invoicing, renewals, taxes, refunds and cancellations are defined in the order form / service agreement. This Site does not offer public self-serve checkout or a general consumer refund policy for privately negotiated enterprise contracts. Billing and cancellation questions for an existing agreement should go to contact@zombotix.com or the contacts named in your order. For a new commercial proposal, use Request a Custom Proposal.
8. Support and service levels
Support windows and any service levels are contractual. We do not publish universal uptime SLAs on the marketing Site.
9. AI output limitations
AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Human oversight remains necessary. Services do not provide legal, insurance, medical or financial advice.
10. Customer content and confidentiality
Customers retain rights in their scripts and approved content. Each party must protect confidential information disclosed for onboarding and support, subject to the signed agreement.
11. Data privacy
Privacy practices are described in the Privacy Notice. A DPA may be negotiated for qualifying engagements.
12. Intellectual property
Zombotix and its licensors own the Site, software and branding. Customers receive only the rights granted in their agreement.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Commercial warranties, if any, appear only in signed customer agreements.
14. Liability and indemnity
Liability caps, indemnities and exclusions for commercial Services are set only in signed customer agreements. Those agreements control over this website summary for paid deployments.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend Site access for abuse. Commercial Services may be suspended or terminated for breach, prohibited use, or as otherwise agreed.
16. Dispute resolution
Website disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and exclusive venue is in state or federal courts located in Colorado, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Commercial disputes follow the signed agreement.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms. The Updated date reflects the current version.
