This policy explains how ZOMBOTIX handles information collected on the public marketing site (including demo request forms) and how product data is framed for multi-tenant call-center operations.

Marketing site

When you submit a demo request, we collect name, work email, company, and optional message content only to schedule and respond. We do not sell this information. Optional webhook delivery may forward the same fields to an inbox or CRM you configure via environment.

Product context

ZOMBOTIX runs AI voice on connected calls. Call centers and their dialers own outbound dialing, list hygiene, and DNC for calls they originate. Session transcripts, recordings, and dispositions processed by the platform are tenant-scoped. Retention, access, and PII handling follow client agreements and product data-lifecycle policy.
